On January 16th, Shaanxi Investment Emerging Organization held a special meeting on improving human resource management. At the meeting, the Human Resources Department reported on the implementation plan for improving human resource management, clarifying the basic principles, goals, scope, content, steps, and organizational structure of human resource management improvement.
